Scott Stork

Scott Stork has been practicing law since 2002. Originally from Nebraska, he graduated from undergrad with an education degree, and taught high school prior to law school. He practiced law in Virginia from 2002 until late 2005, when he and his wife moved to St. Louis. Scott was a prosecutor in Virginia and St. Charles County until 2011, trying many complex jury trials. He went into private practice with a general practice firm at the end of 2011, where he continued working as a trial attorney.
Scott decided to focus his practice in estate planning after the death of a friend. Scott spent time the day before his friend died in the hospital trying to help his friend sign his estate planning documents so that his wife and young son were protected. He saw firsthand the dangers of not planning in advance, and the difficulty that the families faced because of it. It became his passion to help people not make the same mistakes.
Today, Scott focuses his practice solely in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Business Law and Probate and Estate Administration. Scott is active in the community. He is a board member of Youth In Need, a board member of the St. Louis Society of Financial Services Professionals, and a member of the St. Charles Rotary Club. Scott lives in St. Charles County with his son and daughter.

Stacy Cavin

Stacy Cavin earned her master’s degree in accounting at Hodges University in Ft. Myers, FL and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Stacy has been working in the accounting industry for 14 years and is owner of Cavin CPAs and Advisors located in St. Charles, MO where she offers a variety of accounting services with a focus on tax consulting to reduce tax liabilities. Stacy is dedicated to her customers and enjoys meeting one on one to guide them through the tax system and customize a plan to help retain earnings, reduce fees and help prevent penalties during tax season. She is knowledgeable on the ever changing laws and regulations at the state and the Federal level and can advise clients about the changes and how they will be impacted. Stacy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA). Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her family, playing with excel spreadsheets and dipping her toe in the stock market.

Maria & Patrick

Maria and Patrick run a comprehensive financial planning practice based in St. Louis, MO serving clients throughout the country. They operate their practice on the belief that having a well-organized financial plan makes everything in your life easier. It allows you the ability to focus on what’s most important to you – your family, your career, your personal passions – without the stress or distraction that can come from finances. Maria and Patrick have developed a propriety planning process that begins with the end in mind with an emphasis on financial education and empowerment. They cover topics including retirement and protection planning, tax and debt reduction, saving and investing, budgeting and overall financial organization.

Bill Kaatman

I am a Missouri native, spending a short 8 years in Florissant then making the transition to St. Charles where I currently reside. I have spent a majority of my career as a Personal Risk advisor with two fortune 500 companies.

Prior to entering the Agent Carrier Track program with State Farm, I took the time to review many options outside of the captive insurance industry. I then quickly realized that my goals and passion for client loyalty would be better aligned with an independent insurance agency. On October 5th, 2011, I started as a producing member of the Mathenia Insurance Group in St. Peters Missouri. Since then my commitment to client satisfaction and my competitive nature have only grown stronger. By letting my management experiences at State Farm guide, me on this new path, I was able to transfer my loyalty from just one company to that of my client.
